Application

We open for submission in January of each year. Please download our application form (Word doc)  and submit it  to us with your support material by email. When you receive confirmation regarding your acceptance, you will be required to send a deposit to guarantee your placement. 

We will be accepting applications for 2025 from January 1 - February 15th, 2024. 

If you are unable to apply as outlined on our application form, please reach out to Kerri by phone, text, or email (contact info below). We will be  happy to sort out an accommodation so that we can receive your application in the way that works best for you. 

We occasionally have cancellations, so if you have missed the deadline, it can still be worthwhile to reach out in case a last minute spot becomes available.
